Kate was contacted by Banniere in Spring 2018 to create original artwork for their signature silk scarfs. New York City was the inspiration behind Kate’s design. Kate captures New York's fashion scene, buzzing streets, and iconic cityscape in her design.

Kate + The Context
Kate was asked to feature her work in an art show and panel discussion hosted by The Context and The Assembly. The event provided a platform for artists and creatives to share their story. The panel featured Founder Serena & Lily Serena Dugan, Studio Artist Mary Finlayson, Youth Culture Lead at Instagram Shavon Charles, and Creative Director of Brand Voice at Old Navy Jeanine Celeste Pang.

KATE + GARY HUTTON DESIGN
Kate worked with San Francisco interior designer Gary Hutton to create a statement piece for a contemporary family home in Los Altos. The piece was inspired by Hutton’s design. Kate worked with the soft color palette, the mix of smooth and hard lines while playing with a suggestion of the shapes in the space. The project was published in California Home and Design.
